About this organisation

Aitiip specialises in robotic 3D printing as part of its broader expertise in advanced manufacturing and sustainable materials. We design and build custom robotic additive manufacturing systems, including multi-axis robotic arms equipped with high-throughput extruders for thermoplastics and bio-based composites. Our capabilities span from software development for toolpath generation and robotic control, to the formulation of innovative, sustainable materials such as bio-composites and recycled polymers. We offer prototyping and small-series production services, as well as design and engineering consultancy focused on DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) and structural optimisation. Additionally, we lead and participate in national and European R&D projects to advance robotic fabrication technologies in sectors such as construction, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace.
