1. General & Acceptance

By accessing `addidex.com`, submitting information to the Addidex Map, joining the community, or purchasing passes to Addidex Connect, you agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Code of Conduct.

2. Event Registration & Admission

Addidex Connect is a practitioner-led event series. Admission to physical events is subject to venue capacity and ticket validation.

• Ticket Validity: Each pass is valid only for the named registered attendee unless officially transferred prior to the event check-in deadline.
• Cancellations & Transfers: Ticket transfers to a colleague from the same organization are permitted free of charge up to 7 days before the event by contacting connect@addidex.com.
• Programme Changes: While we work diligently to present the published speaker schedule, session lineups or timings may occasionally shift due to unforeseen practitioner scheduling conflicts or machine availability.

3. Factory Floor & Machine Safety

Addidex Connect takes place in operational industrial facilities and fabrication labs (such as 3D Makers Zone at AM Campus).

• Attendees must follow all posted safety signs, machine barrier boundaries, and instructions given by facility staff.
• Do not touch, cross safety light curtains, or enter active robotic workcells without explicit permission from authorized machine operators.
• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory on live demonstration floors.

4. Photography & Media Notice

Photographers and videographers document Addidex Connect to produce recaps, session archives, and educational material.

• By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photography, live streams, and post-event recap videos.
• If you wish not to be photographed or have specific proprietary research concerns regarding your presentation/demos, please inform the registration desk on arrival to receive a non-recording identifier.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary presentation materials, CAD/toolpath files, and technical research shared by speakers remain the intellectual property of their respective creators or organizations. Addidex maintains intellectual property rights over the Addidex mark, platform software, directory taxonomy, and editorial content.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam/Haarlem.
