Coral 3DCP combines mobile robotic 3D printing technology (on-site and prefabrication) with digitized process control: it uses a patented print head with dosing of commonly available accelerators directly during printing, adaptive "print intelligence" (automatic adjustments to speed, flow rate, accelerator dosage) and high-resolution non-planar printing, including head tilting for fine details and complex geometries. This approach also includes data-driven optimization through the DatICE system (collection and analysis of process and environmental data) and an emphasis on printing from locally available materials/non-proprietary formulations (2K approach with local concrete).
